A missed appointment can be left for a garage/mobile motor trader (tyre fitter, windscreen repair etc.) when they have missed an agreed appointment with a customer.
Appointment agreements can sometimes be a little vague, so when missed appointments are reported we need to determine if they are accurate. Usually the garage/mobile trader will contact us with their version of events if they feel they have not missed an appointment.
If the garage/mobile trader has missed more than one appointment with a single customer we tend to place just one 'missed appointment' on their profile, for clarity.
A missed appointment will show on the garage/mobile trader’s profile for a duration of 6 months. After this time the appointment will be removed automatically by the system.
