Vivienne Sterland

"I took my car to GM Clements for a quote (after previously taking it to a dealer, for what I believed to be warranty work and being rudely turned away by the dealers body shop as not qualifying) Tim looked at it and gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote, but at the same time he did say it was, in his opinion, definitely a warranty issue. He said he would happily do it, but felt I should pursue it further under warranty before spending the money. We took his advice and eventually got it done under warranty, saving us a fair sum of money as it turned out to be a big job. He could have easily just taken on the work, and we would have paid, but he didn’t. He was straight, honest and fair. If I ever do need any body work done (not under warranty 😉) then GM Clements will be my first port of call, as I know they will be honest and you can’t out a price on that."
Trader reply: "Hi Vivienne, Thank you very much for leaving a review. Really appreciated"
