When i spoke to Dan he came across extremely professional and knowledgeable which installed great confident in me as you don't often get garages that offer very good first impressions on the telephone and in person. I live in East London and I drove 40min to get a MOT done and a full check. When I arrived my first impressions were the garage was clean and organized, the owner Steve welcomed me and was aware of my details. I was then handed to Dan who i initially spoke to on the phone and he reassured me on what he was going to do and advised me that he will keep me informed throughout the process. During the time the car was in the garage Dan kept me informed with repairs and cost of work prior to completing the jobs.
