This month we want to say a great big “thank you” to the brilliant team at Springbok Garage in Tooting. For co-owners Sharon and her brother Dezi, mechanics are in the blood; the business dates back to the late 19th century when their grandfather, Arthur, joined the Royal engineers and was posted to an island off the South African Coast. After marrying, Arthur moved to Cape Town where he established a garage. His son, Bill, joined the family business and when he moved to the UK and settled in Tooting Broadway in 1955, he brought the business with him. The rest is history.
Today, Sharon, Dezi and their team are proud of the high levels of service offered to Tooting residents, from full and mid services to repairs, MoT testing, wheel alignment and everything in between.
