We have been established since 1972 and we have team members who have accumulated several years of experience working on all vehicles from classics such as the Jaguar E Type to all modern day vehicles including BMW and Audi. "My 1979 MG Midget had an engine that was getting tired and noisy after 75000 miles, so I decided to have it reconditioned. Found C & F Engineering in Letchworth who were fairly reachable. Filled in their contact form on line and within a few minutes had a conversation with Johnathan who quoted me a very reasonable price, not only for reconditioning the engine but also for removing and refitting it. I agreed for him to do the work. He offered to have the car collected, at no cost, which saved me a round trip to Letchworth. A few days later I was in Letchworth, so I paid his workshop a visit to see how he operated. It was very busy but only had one ramp, so my midget had to wait its turn. We agreed a finishing date, as I had promised a relative the car for a wedding. Johnathan completed the work a day before the date and I collected the car, finding it perfectly tidied up and even polished! All I had to do was re-tune the carbs and it now purrs along. "https://www.candfeng.co.uk/ I am extremely happy with the work carried out by C and F engineering on my car. They did a fabulous job from start to finish and were very professional. As a woman I always feel like I am being taken advantage of by car garages but I can confidently say that John, Jay and team were able to restore my confidence again. They explained everything that they were doing and were extremely transparent about the cost and time taken to complete the job. I will highly recommend them to everyone, specially to all women drivers as this garage will go above and beyond to make sure the work is completed to the highest standard. This is where I will be taking all my cars to from now on. Thank you John, Jay and team for being fabulous."

"A Huge thanks to this professional company, I would highly recommend to anybody who has engine issues with their vehicles. The exceeded my expectations. I was kept updated, the work completed in the time frame given . These guys really know there stuff , can't recommend enough. I now have my ford ranger back on the road thanks to C and F . Previously my ranger had been fixed by another garage who totally ripped me off. Thanks once again guys you've done me proud. John"
