"In the website the price of major service is from £59.99 (included parts, labour and VAT), as well as I paid last year. When I talked through the phone at the moment of payment I've been told the price was £80 + VAT. In all honesty I feel as I've been cheated, taking advantage of the fact I was busy because I was working. At this time I don't know if I have to trust this garage about the job done, because they apparently did sort my car in a too quick time after a failed MOT, done in a different place, far about 30 minutes in the peak hour."
